At the Installation Dinner of the Vancouver West Leo Club that CC Allan Hunt presented DG Henry Ng with the Level Four Lions Mentoring Program Certificate and Pin.  To qualify a lion must met the following requirements.
> 1. Hold office of president.
> 2. Obtain an advanced Membership Key.
> 3. Give an orientation briefing to new club members.
> 4. Participate in club extension by forming new lions club.
> 5. Attend a Lions International Convention.
　

The Mentoring Program was instigated by PID Sid Scruggs who is a candidate for 2nd Vice President at the 2008 Lions International Convention.  The Level Four Certificate and Pin is one of the most coveted awards in Lions International.
　

DG Henry Ng is one of the most dedicated lions in Lions International.  In 2003 the Vancouver Chinatown Lions Club under President Henry Ng was one of the 5 finalists in the Academy Award of Lionism as the Best Club in Lions International..   Because of his outstanding achievements, I am very confident DG Henry Ng will win the award as the Best District Government in Lions International at the 2008 Lions International Convention.
