ZC Steve has resided in the Edmonds area ever since moving here from Liverpool, England, in 1964.  The family business, Wine by Design, has bee operating in the Edmonds area for the past 11 years.

He became involved with the Lions in 2004 when PDG Bryan martin came into the store and invited him to a meeting of the soon-to-be-formed Burnaby Edmonds Lions Club.  he was very impressed with the camaraderie, aspiration, and commitment of this group and he knew he wanted to contribute to the success of the Lions.  He is a charter member of the club, and served as President in 2006-07.
